Most customers are live within minutes of receiving their device. Your player ships pre-configured — just plug it into your screen and connect it to your network.
- Ethernet: Plug in and you're connected.
- Wi-Fi: Use the USB ports on the device to connect a keyboard and mouse to complete the wireless setup.
Once the device is powered on and connected, an activation code will appear on screen. Enter that code in the PorchSwing.tv portal to claim your screen and link it to your account. From there, you can start sending and scheduling content immediately.
If you run into any issues, our team offers phone support to make sure your setup goes smoothly.
